Careful due diligence and coordinated completion for property transactions.
Property transactions require more than a signed agreement. We verify the title position, review the transaction documents, identify required consents and coordinate the steps through completion and registration.
Clients receive clear explanations of the documents, costs, risks and outstanding actions before funds and interests change hands.
Check the property before committing funds
A purchase should be assessed against more than a title copy or sales description. We help clients obtain and review the available registry information, compare it with the physical property and identify questions about access, occupation, boundaries or restrictions. The findings should inform the agreement and the conditions that must be satisfied before completion.
Keep the transaction documents aligned
The parties, parcel details, price, deposit, completion documents and responsibilities should be stated consistently across the transaction. We explain the documents a client is being asked to sign and track the steps still outstanding, including approvals and clearances where relevant. Clear records of payment and communication are part of a well-managed completion.
Follow the matter through registration
Signing and payment are not the final administrative steps. We coordinate execution, lodgement, registration and handover as the transaction requires, then help the client understand what evidence of completion should be retained. For an initial review, share the title details, draft agreement, seller or agent correspondence and any existing search or survey material.
